Don Juan:

I have to ask the same question that Theo asked. All cameras have been down for over seven hours now. Nothing was posted about them going to be out of service or as to why they are down. Nothing from you or support or the came outage phone line. Are we getting back to the old cocodorm again where "silence is the best policy". Usually your responses are quick and honest, but this time, we onl;y are asking "what's going on"?

Please reply = thanks

2:45 p.m.

Don Juan:

Thanks for getting all cameras up and running again. Every thing looks fine except cameras 1 & 4 are kind of out of focus and camnera 2 is stillo too dark. I hope you didn't take my comment last night in a negative manner. Just wanted to know what was going on. Thanks again

I also want to thank Eugene at Flavaworks with whom I spoke to this afternoon. He did take care of the problem which I had reported yesterday and then called Flavaworks this morning. I was told this morning that the cameras were working fine. When I called back later, he listened, checked, told me there was an internet problem, and then called back to say it was fixed. Now that is real action.

Thanks

Theo:

unfortunately the euphoria didn't last very long. I reported that at 2"45 everything was fixed. At 3:45 live cams shoiw all cameras are down agaiun due to internet problems. Will they have them fixed by tonight's schedule3d show with Breion and KidKudi (sure to be a hottie) or will it be another bitter dissapointment like last week?

They have been having the same internet problems since the broadcats of thye live road shows.

Also every time I have called Support nabout the cameras down, I am "abruptly" told that all cameras are working even though the paying memberts can clearly see that they are not. Support needs a lesson in customer courtesy. They don't seem to know what is going on in their own company.

Guys,

As I Reported A Couple of Days Ago, We Are Switching Internet Service Provider That Will Provide Us With Better and Faster Service. Installation Is Happening Since The Last Message Redbone1 Reported The Euphoria Didn't Last Long...Lol!!

Please Be Patient! Thanks!
