I wanted to know, once a performer has informed the studio of a positive HIV status, does the studio disclose to possible performers? I know for a FACT a new performer (last 30 days) is positive, but I'm not trying to put someone's info on blast.

Under current Privacy Laws, we are required not disclose anyone's HIV status, therefore we can not discuss this.
As a matter of record, models are required to be tested before working for the company and we maintain documents of their tests.

If they are using condoms what difference should it make?
